Land acknowledgement

I humbly acknowledge that the lands in which I work and live are the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Waututh), and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations.

I name my ongoing commitment to deepening my understanding of the histories and cultures of Indigenous peoples and the longstanding impacts of colonization through unlearning and relearning. I will strive to welcome Indigenous ways of knowing, explore health and wellness from a holistic perspective, and encourage autonomy over the therapeutic process to contribute towards efforts of healing and reconciliation for Indigenous folks who wish to partner.
